Dharmapuri is one of Tamil Nadu's more rural districts, and its weddings reflect that. Ceremonies are largely traditional, held in town halls and local mandapams, with big extended-family guest lists and muhurtham timings that are often very early in the morning.
The early start is the main planning constraint. Getting a bride fully ready, draped and photographed before a pre-dawn ceremony takes real time, and it does not work if the artist is still on the road at four in the morning. For Dharmapuri bookings the team normally travels the previous evening so the morning can be calm.
The district sits in hilly, dry country near the Kaveri, and the air is noticeably drier than the coast. Skin prep matters more here than makeup technique, which is one of the reasons a trial is worth doing rather than skipping.
